The Divisions

Arlucent operates through two divisions. One measures whether change is holding. The other helps people hold it.

They share the same architecture and the same standards, and they do different work. The separation is deliberate. It is what allows an evaluation to stay independent of everything else the company does.

Independent substance use and behavioral change assessments for courts, treatment programs, licensure matters, re-entry, and private clients. Built on the ASAM Criteria and extended by the Procedural Faith Index™, which measures whether what a person says and what they do line up and whether that holds under pressure, and by the Arlucent Seventh Dimension™, which interprets the meaning underneath. Both are available as a single evaluation or as a series measured over time.

Evaluation only. The division provides no treatment, no therapy, no referrals, and no ongoing clinical care. That separation is what makes the evaluation independent.

The division turns the frameworks into sequential curriculum a person actually works through, step by step, rather than reads about. It is built for the part that comes after insight: the repetition that makes change hold. Delivery is through Arlucent Learning™, the digital platform that carries the curriculum to individuals and organizations at their own pace.

Each division stays inside its own scope, and both run on the same architecture, called STABLE™. Between them they cover it completely: Assessments handles screening, tracking, analysis, and evaluation, and Clinical Systems handles bridging and learning. Nothing is left unassigned, which is what makes it a closed loop rather than a collection of separate services.
