Arlucent LLC was founded by Rafael Lewis, M.A., LADC, Psy.D. Student. His clinical background spans over a decade of direct practice in residential and outpatient settings, with concentrated focus on the structural organization of behavioral change and the integration of neuroscience with meaning-centered approaches.
Most behavioral frameworks are descriptive. They name the problem, identify the pattern, and explain the mechanism. Few are built to organize behavior structurally — to move a person through defined sequencing with enough discipline to produce coherence under pressure.
Arlucent systems were designed to address that gap. They emerged from sustained clinical observation of what actually produces durable behavioral change: not insight alone, not motivation alone, but defined structure, sequential progression, and disciplined repetition.
The architecture is not theoretical. It was built from the inside of the problem it addresses — and includes a proprietary integrative analytic layer, The Arlucent Seventh Dimension™, that extends the standard ASAM framework with structured behavioral coherence analysis.
Rafael Lewis is a Psy.D. Student in Counseling Psychology at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota and the Founder of Arlucent LLC. Alongside this work he holds a treatment leadership role in a multi-site residential and outpatient organization.
His work bridges academic research with direct application across assessment, curriculum design, and systems architecture. He is the developer of the Arlucent Seventh Dimension™ and the author of the methodological framework underlying Arlucent’s assessment architecture.
Arlucent LLC is a systems architecture firm. It develops structured educational frameworks, proprietary evaluative instruments — including The Arlucent Seventh Dimension™ and The Arlucent Seventh Dimension PFI™ — and implementation curricula.
